NASPO ValuePoint
EV Charging comes to NASPO ValuePoint.
We're thrilled to announce National Car Charging (NCC) has secured a multi-year NASPO ValuePoint® Master Agreement. This contract covers EV Level 2 (AC) and DC fast (DCFC) charging hardware, networking software, and O&M services. Although the State of Maryland led the rigorous review process, the contract is available to all 50 U.S. states and territories, helping public entities nationwide meet the growing demand for EV charging infrastructure.
"Our state-of-the-art portfolio and proven track record, combined with the NASPO ValuePoint® Master Agreement, allow us to support the transition to electrified transportation smoothly and efficiently. This recognition underscores NCC’s leadership in the EV charging sector. We sincerely appreciate NASPO’s trust and are committed to advancing sustainable transportation solutions across the nation," said Jim Burness, CEO of NCC.
Founded in 2011, NCC has installed over 11,000 ports for 1,100 clients across 48 states, offering a diverse range of EV charging hardware, software, and maintenance solutions. Our contracts include top industry players like ChargePoint, Kempower, EV Connect, and ChargerHelp!. We source from the world's leading innovators to deliver the best owner and driver experience.
Our extensive portfolio meets the diverse electrification needs of the public sector, covering public and workplace parking and fleet vehicles such as school buses, police vehicles, trash trucks, street sweepers, and even watercraft.
"No two charging installations are alike, so we tailor our recommendations to fit each customer’s unique needs. We've spent a decade curating the most reliable EV charging options on the market, pairing them with competitive pricing and stellar customer service to benefit both station operators and drivers," added Burness.
Over the past decade, National Car Charging has installed stations across nearly every business channel, with more than 60% of our work in the public sector, including all federally-funded NEVI program installations in Hawai’i.
This NASPO ValuePoint award takes effect immediately, allowing member states to initiate the Participating Addendum process and benefit from our competitive pricing on reliable charging and O&M products. Many states have already signed PA agreements with NCC, streamlining procurement for local governments and public entities. The contract is valid until May 31, 2027, with an option for renewal through May 31, 2029.
