Edward Sawyer.

Ed Sawyer is a highly accomplished senior finance executive with over 25 years of strong finance and accounting experience in the technology, SaaS and life sciences industries.

With his expertise in strategic execution, negotiations, M&A, governance, financial reporting, cost controls, process automation and enhancement, resource management, and organizational development, he’s empowered people, merged processes, and driven strategy to maximize top and bottom-line results.

Ed has managed teams of up to seventy-five and held budget responsibility of up to $800M. He has a proven track record of delivering financial solutions to complex problems that have increased cash flow and significantly reduced costs. Moreover, he is a “hands-on” leader with a focus on meeting deadlines, delivering superior results, and building internal and external relationships.

In addition to his CPA, Ed holds an MBA in finance from American University and a BA from the University of Michigan. An avid, Michigan fan and a BBQ master, Ed currently lives in Denver, CO with his family.

Ed has driven fossil fuel free since 2019.
