Cheryl Alspach brings more than 30 years of experience in customer service and operations to National Car Charging, following a dynamic career that’s spanned international non-profits, human resources, recruiting, account management, high-touch call centers, and healthcare.

Throughout her career, Cheryl has built a reputation for helping companies run smarter, grow stronger—and have a lot more fun along the way. Now, she’s excited to bring her expertise to the fast-growing renewables sector. "Whether it’s creating new jobs or reducing pollution, it’s thrilling to see the impact this industry is making—and to know we’re helping build something better for future generations," she shared.

An Indiana native, Cheryl proudly claims both Plymouth High School and Purdue University as her alma maters. When she’s not leading operational excellence at NCC, she’s busy navigating the adventure of raising her 14-year-old daughter—a job she says requires just as much strategy (and a lot more patience!). When she’s not working or parenting, you’ll find Cheryl getting lost in a great book, baking something irresistible, or heading out on long walks to balance out all the baking.

While Cheryl isn’t behind the wheel of an EV just yet, she’s already planning for her next car to be a plug-in hybrid—fitting right in with the future she's helping to build.

"The progress we’re seeing today—new jobs, cleaner air, greater opportunities—will echo for generations to come. It’s thrilling to be part of building that future."
